They weren't making timely filings to start, not making filings for another year isn't really going to have an impact on moving the business forward. Pasaca didn't walk into this game blind, they knew the exact situation when they started. Didn't they even put a clause in so they could extend closure out a year if needed?
This bump in the road will eventually smooth out but not anytime soon the way it's currently unfolding.
