Agreed Appleby has a strong background hopefully he's legit...I have found over the years that 99.9% of OTC CO'S and those in charge behind the scenes are crooks...and I speak from firsthand experience!
Maybe WR will do the right thing here but I fully expect the typical OTC bullshit...so I have a plan...if WR has a plan to become fully reporting game legit then I will watch and gold a lil longer....
