What gave me a little hope this time, is the new CFO by his side.
Kyle Appleby. ( google him- it's worthwhile !)
He is a chartered accountant and obviously very experienced with M&A, company restructurings, etc.
Particularly his recent job, getting Bee Verctoring listed by using a listed shell company, shows certain similarities with the GESI / Eurogas- constellation.
But , as the deadline for getting the reporting issues up to date comes closer this little hope shrinks more and more.
