All I know is a custodian was appointed by Nevada judge to oversee GESI.
The company was dead and those who had control were to broke to keep it current...and the "wood to electricity" scam ran out when we did some serious digging...
Next thing we know....BAM....here we are today...
Yup...all were screwed!
Some still have shares to dump tho...myself included....
