Pretty sure the original div terms were PR’d. Maybe a few times. Not a filing for sure. The issue I have with the lockup is the duration. That’s 3x longer than the worst I would have imagined.
As far as our shares having value... when I wanted to buy baseball cards as a kid my father used to tell me that “something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.” And if I can’t sell my shares there is no amount anyone will be willing to pay for them.
I’m happy we’re making progress. I’m happy that GNBT (in theory) will have additional value, maybe enough to get them uplisted. Just not feeling this I guess because none of this has come up in the time prior to and since the div issue. Now with what is presumably the last step to listing I feel like Joe is giving the can one final swift kick down the road.
