Pokey, read DocJ's post just proceeding yours. It looks like you can thank the "entity" that introduced the NUGX shares for this twist, not Joe. Nasdaq is protecting it's brand, and unfortunately, whoever started the NUGX thing probably made his money, and has now left the rest of us with a slightly less filled glass. I sure won't say empty, because until this all shakes out, who knows if the CA shares will trade at par with the CB shares, or what the discount is likely to be.

I still have my GNBT shares, and they should benefit either way. If I'm going to trade anything, that is where I'll focus, at least until the CA are merged into the CB.
