I see your point. I honestly don't remember the timing or details of how everything went down. Joe talks pretty freely at times and I'm not sure if the 5:1 was official or just him saying we want to give shareholders a reward blah blah blah. I know there were problems and I felt better about the NGIO shares at the time also. My feeling is there were no Class B shares when they were distributed ... so guess I don't feel "duped". They could convert them at the time of the IPO but lets be honest ... the stock would tank and make the IPO pointless ... or even destructive. We got shares ... they presumably have value. The health of both companies is paramount and benefits everyone ... but I do see your point.
