Not gonna lie, I have not read the S1 yet but based on what I’ve read here I am not too happy. I am honestly surprised at the amount of optimism I’m seeing. Personally when the div was changed from the original 5:1 to 2:1 and 2:1 I was pretty happy. I felt that NGIO might become the better investment in the long run. There was never any talk of lock up periods or conversion rates. It was always “were going straight to NAZ”. I feel like Joe is now trying to readjust our stake. Feeling duped to be honest. Can’t believe I’m the first to bring up the possibility of lawsuit(s) or a class action.
