Pokey, I will confess to initially not being too happy. And I'm still not thrilled, but we are where we are.
There are 2 factors that mitigate my negative feelings:
1) Joe's shares and GNBT's shares are in the same boat as ours. So we're not on an island. Joe has very substantial motivation to make sure the Class A shares are successful.
2) I've always worried that people would dump their NGIO shares right out of the gate to recapture their long-held losses, causing the SP to drop right out of the gate. But I think the fact that they will not be able to do that will actually be the best for our long-term prospects, particularly in a value-transfer to GNBT shares from the NGIO holdings.
