Is meeting a primary endpoint a material event? I would think so. Then why doesn’t the PR state that the primary endpoint was met? It would have to be PRed in 3-4 days, not 2-3 weeks, correct?

NP has lied to shareholders multiple times. He told us that CYDY filed for an EUA for the M2M population when in fact he actually hadn’t filed for EUA.
Tell me another biotech or BP who announced that a trial has been unblinded but results won’t be released to shareholders until discussions with multiple FDAs are complete? The answer: none.
