You have to report material events. A failed end point would be reported within 4 days not 2-3 weeks. This tells me that all is good and the FDA must of asked for time to negotiate in private before good to great results will be allowed to be released. You can’t delay releasing poor results by saying your in negotiations with all the health regulators. You can’t lie to your stock holders. Saying anything like this PR today has to be the truth.

I can’t believe people are trying to spin this as bad or have doubt. The rules are the rules. Only the FDA can delay the release of information of the trial. Cytodyn is bound to release material events.
