Though I may remind you all of the old "There must be a pony!" joke, I find it interesting that the Philippines weren't mentioned in the PR. I think that in the next 2 or 3 weeks we might get a PR saying the Philippines have ordered the drug.

The Philippines didn't say they'd wait for the FDA. They said they'd wait for the results.
