Well unfortunately it appears Les has dawn battle lines between himself and Squires.
Today is February 10, there meeting Les was calling for was February 5th.
If a compromise was worked out between QMVT and QMC, one would think an announce would have been forth coming with the 8K release.
If I would make a guess this will end by Pascasa paying off the 2 million dollar QMVT investors to release the patents and work out some sort compromise agreement with QMVT for work done and business brought end.
They will probably be compensated with shares which will add to greater dilution when Pascara take over 51%, then be RS liked the rest of us..
