Inasmuch as I am a Board Member for QMC, have requested numerous times to receive data about the Pasaca merger, had no formal BOD meetings, requested and not received financial updates on QMC, and after numerous requests to resolve breaches of the QMVT Consulting Agreement dated February 11, 2020,
I think that tells you that Steve entered an agreement with Pascara with out BOD consent.
If Steve had issues with Les fulfilling his part of the contract Steve would have wrote the letter asking him to resign.
IMHO based on the above quote Les resigned because proper business procedure was not followed and legal issue will be arising from Steve's action which Les does not want to be associated with.
