I agree with all your concerns. It troubles me that Mr. Squires and Les are not on the same page. Les is a highly respected professional and to ignore his concerns and place him in this "conflict" situation is not in the best interests of QMC. Mr. Squires was less then succinct in his memo about making this deal with Pasaca Capital, there are too many WHY's here. I can see selling 51% of the Healthid portion, but not the whole company. Too many questions..too little information!
