I believe he had to make the letter public,because Les resigned over a conflict.
Squires had a legal obligation to disclose that conflict.
What concerns me is the disclaimer that Squires writes
".The Company respectfully disagrees with some of the assertions contained within his resignation email."
yet fails to identify what those assertions in question are.

But it does appear he is staying with QMVT
