Highly unlikely for the reasons you listed and because I don’t believe the FDA will officially review the data until submission. And. the data from the full 390 patients, up to 28 days, needs to be properly analyzed before the data can be submitted for an EUA. Like Dr. Mahboob said on the most recent CC, CYDY is going dot every i and cross every t in the exact manner that the FDA wants them to. I agree with that plan as we’re on the 10 yard line and don’t need any penalties holding us back.
