Always an excuse to buy more time due to miscalculated targets. Solid institutional support looks at Management and credible expectations , unfortunately both are questionable. Hopefully if von Hofe is successful the deal won't be locked and "unlocking the value" turns into another 10 year story. Hard to believe the BOD remains "quiet"............
