balleroni, it is required for the receipt of money thru the China transaction. Just like they did with the Bintai Kinder transaction, an 8K was generated.
EDIT: Going back to look at the Bintai deal, it was stated more clearly that the $2.65M would be paid within 2 weeks. Then it was followed up on the 10/8/2020 conf call by Joe that they rec'd the money. There never was a formal 8K filed showing the receipt of funds. So the China deals states $5M upon signing of the deal, so they should have the money. Would be nice for the company to confirm they rec'd the funds from China.
