I agree, I am not sure a peer review is needed to do their business, since they already have a lot of their deals. 
The deals alone should help with the valuation, Joe said he had a valuation of 300 million or whatever it was before, so there is that too. So, peer review can come, but they already have valuation there.
The peer review could add more to the company when it's listed as well, so not sure what Joe is trying to do here.
