We are looking at it through our perspective in that we expected the news to be shared with us today.

I have been expecting a continuation of the trial, and as such dont view that as terrible news. My irritation is pushing the news out until tuesday.

But, they are not obligated to tell us things as they learn them. Perhaps, as you say, there are some things they need to get done between now and then.
