Changing and altering an endpoint is a big NO NO.
No one ever changes an endpoint once a trial starts. You just don’t do that, it’s bad science.
Gilead was the first to break the rules, and cheat people with what they did. They dropped the dead column to get approval as they realized that their drug was no better than placebo.
Shame on them.
