1. no employees are going to jump ship through lack of compensation for the 60 or so days it takes to get results on severe.
2. Nader has also sold millions of dollars worth of stock for personal gain… This is not an opinion it’s a fact.
3. He is making $1.5 million a year no matter what...and all that is is an incentive to keep his salary coming in.
4. What’s to stop him from selling any shares he is “ compensated” for while we hold ours?
There is not one single reason not to wait one, two or three months till we get the results on severe… Don’t kid yourselves.
