For me, the issue is the amount of shares being awarded to Nader. He has done a lot of great things getting us to this point, and he has made some mistakes.
The issue is granting him 5.5 million shares before we have an approval. They need to come back with a smaller number, or a number that is tied to some milestones.
Its too much, too soon.
