It is my understanding that the GNBT S-1 had to be approved since NGIO is majority-owned by GNBT.
Not sure if the EFFECT will be required, but if we see the final GNBT S-1 submitted/approved, then the that is the confirmation and hurdle we really want to clear.
Again, I hope the GNBT S-1 paves the way for the NGIO S-1, which is really the Holy Grail here. Hopefully renders further fundraising by GNBT unnecessary...
