So I was right...sort of. We’re waiting for the GNBT S-1 to be approved so they can go get substantial funding. And...we’re waiting for the NGIO S-1 EFFECT which will allow NGIO to sell stock and take its place on an exchange. Is this right? Is the NGIO S-1 dependent upon the GNBT S-1 or are they independent of one another?
