Which brings us back to, what might we expect next in the process?
Does it go to a judge, a panel of judges, a jury or to the fox watching the hen house? (sec)
If you called the SEC and asked them what to expect, I believe they would tell you that they do not comment on existing actions. In this case, given their third change of stories in the July 1, 2020 filing, and DECN's professional put-down of our man Perkins, I don't think they know what they are going to do. Now they are the government and probably think they can turn chicken skat into chicken salad, but I am betting there is an adult somewhere in the SEC who has to approve the budgets for investigations and Administrative Actions (where the process is now) and any litigation.
Problem for the SEC is that they already bet the farm on the iHub posters who convinced them that DECN was a total fraud, no products, no FDA filings, no testing, no sales, no kits. And that was a supremely dumb move. Even iHub posters do not believe the cabal.
