If this were a normal Form 550 appeal (Petition), following the same timeline, then the ruling would be in late October or Early November. As long as there is no ruling, the suspension stands. This gives the SEC a small tactical advantage. But this is no ordinary appeal. Mr. Perkins lied in a statement under oath, was caught and lied in another statement under oath. What the cabal and their co-conspirators (the SEC) have done here is bad, really bad. I cannot wait to read the next shareholder letter.
