So the action or extricating should have a timeline/limit of some sort to bring some closure to the original request to remove the suspension. No action by extrication is likely the best scenario and getting that commitment would be a clear signal that we are cleared finally of the suspension.

It's two weeks on Weds since the response, so one would think that is ample time for the SEC to make their ruling. But then again it is a govt agency, so maybe another week or two.
