I suspect GNBT knows very well what the plan should be for the trials. Not only is this not their first rodeo at doing trials, they went through an exhaustive process for the BARDA application. Getting the partners and sites set up as they have is huge. Also having 3M, one of the most respected companies in America involved is just as good as Merck is for breast cancer.
