"Meetings are currently being scheduled as virtual meetings or, when appropriate, as written response only. As circumstances warrant, we intend to re-evaluate the format of individual meetings that are still pending."
So definitely no in person meetings. Is this an instance where it is appropriate for a written response only? I dont know, but for whatever reason management thinks so.
