I would not say that post precludes a teleconference at all. That is precisely what a “virtual meeting” would be. And I have a hard time believing there won’t be one or more items that will not be answered, will be misunderstood, or will be mistaken. And that will lead to further wasted time.
That’s the beauty of real-time human interaction... adjustment and clarification “on the fly”. That’s where we need to be, not submitting written docs with a turnaround time of 4 weeks that may or may not get us the info we need.
