This emeging second wave has just begun the last two weeks so the infectious rate will only climb. Testing needs to be ramped up as well and self testing kits should be available on the market soon. The HealthID passport IMO is the only logical way for employers to ramp up coming out of a new lock down such as in California. JMO I can tell you certain industries are being overwhelmed with lack of staff in my clients businesses. Primarily llivestock processing. Waiting for HealthID to be adopted!
