Yes, the ADA currently says employers may not mandate Antibody tests as a condition of work.
QDX HealthID is an App that someone wanting to have an Antibody test downloads into their cellphone. The results of the Antibody test (red, yellow or green dot) identifying the person tested can only be seen by that person.
That person can share that information with whomever they choose voluntarily. It is their choice because they own the data.
