Hey buildit, I’ve had a couple members ask my opinion about what you’re discussing in your point #2. In all honesty I don’t understand that aspect which probably requires some type of financing accreditation. Investors are better off calling Joe or their financial professional. You and TC have a better grasp of that, but for me I don’t. It’s complex so personally I go over things with my accountant.
