A couple thoughts on your post...
1). Do you really think processing this S-1 will take 2-4 months? I wonder if the hairless-ness might at least push us toward the short end of that, if not a little less... maybe just wishful thinking. Anyway, maybe we could be looking at early to mid September to be trading as a best case?
2). There isn’t a stated discount on the put shares... but the way the price is calculated would work out to a discount most of the time, with it being the lesser of the lowest trade of the day or the average of the lowest 3 days of the previous 12. So therein lies part of the value for Oasis, even if they sell in a stable SP situation. Of course, the other (hopefully larger source of profit... for Oasis and US) is that, if the SP rises based on the market liking what Joe does with the funds, all the shares they sell will make mucho dinero...
