I agree with the principle that you can't lose focus on getting the FDA testing done, but the SEC part of this is a distraction and potential detraction to our investment if left unchecked. There is no doubt that FDA EUA approval changes the trajectory of the company, but if we're locked up in an SEC clusterf*** for an extended period, what good is the investment? It would be nice to think that the SEC activity would just magically go away if the FDA grants the EUA, but you can bet there are others out there that will stoke the fire on the SEC side against the company. It is interesting to see the posting patterns on this board in the last week and we'll see how the response unfolds over the next couple.
