Take it a step further, those SEC violations didn’t appear to be cabal driven. The SEC cracked down on many Covid aspiring companies. DECN just happened to be in the mix. IMO, the PRs didn’t help. I don’t know and don’t care About cyber crime and that has nothing to do with FDA approval or my investment. it’s a distraction. If the SEC wants to pursue them, let em. Berman has better things to do. Let the lawyers and SEC handle it. It is what it is.
Like many shareholders, i’m totally focused on GenViro. It’s the lifeblood of the company. Anything else is noise from this shareholders perspective. you certainly won’t increase shareholder value chasing a message board poster and you will increase shareholder value chasing FDA approval.
I support the company with a substantial investment. Berman knows what the companies fortunes rest with GenViro and not anonymous posters driving volatility. Bottom line: Stock price and market cap will find its rightful place based on product, not message board shenanigans.
You can’t make this story up.
