but you can bet there are others out there that will stoke the fire on the SEC side against the company.
This whole clusterf**k thing started during the last week of the suspension when the cabal decided that KB and DECN were going to survive the SEC suspension. There was also the issue that the SEC initial ruling and the suspension was viewed as weak.
In retrospect the SEC may or may not have had other motives, but it is clear that the cabal was not willing to take a chance that their best hope of crushing KB and killing GenViro! was not going the way they planned. It is sort of like Trump and Crossfire Hurricane and the insurance policy. So Plan B was put in place. And that was to find a guy at the SEC who would buy into the argument that Berman was the devil incarnate and DECN was a total fraud. They found their guy Carlisle who again showed a lack of acumen by publishing the SEC opening argument in defense of the DECN form 550 as if DECN is a totally criminal organization. Since RICO is not available to the SEC, Carlisle did the next best thing (he thought). So the big question that has been asked, and now that the SEC IG is involved, where did Carlisle get this information -- who gave it to him, and what did he do to verify it. The answer to the who gave it to him is pretty clear --- ask yourself who thinks this way, who posts in this manner? The answer to whether Carlisle verified the (lies) information given to him is pretty clear too. He swallowed the story from the cabal whole. And this would have been very bad for DECN and especially KB who is being treated exactly like he is treated on iHub, as a criminal, a thief and a general evil man. Had the cabal not been so full of themselves when they posted early in May, how they pulled this off.
It is interesting to see the posting patterns on this board in the last week and we'll see how the response unfolds over the next couple.
Oh yes because we all know who is behind this and who is a part of this, and who makes up the lies.
