I can't find proxy information in my email or on my brokerage account (TD Ameritrade). I don't own enough shares to matter but I should be able to vote.
The shareholder meeting could be interesting. I see the link on the company website but it doesn't say if I need to register in advance.
This could the end of the line for me if nothing encouraging is said in the shareholder meeting.
