I'm Voting NO all the way through the Proxy, George will probably just gain more shares off the backs of us shareholders, damn shame but, we knew this coming to the end game. Now with pumping the A/S to 900 million we are 90 percent out the door with no money, no food and not even the shirt on our back.

You can probably figure they knew they needed massive shares simply because they knew they didn't have a deal or a buyout lined up.
