You are correct about the Proxy as we are looking at it from HDC's website only. I'm sure we will get an email from brokerage firms very shortly very!
Also note nothing of interest from the 10-K filed yesterday.
Meeting on May 27th and I am trying to sell 50% of my stock prior that date and holding the rest not necessarily because of the 27th.
