I forgot to address the NGIO shares:
If 400MM are issued, that will leave 360MM w GNBT, as we received about 40MM thru the 2 divs (I think that’s right... or was it 30MM... doesn’t matter for discussion purposes).
Joe said he would like to keep a minimum of 70% inside GNBT. So that would mean he could sell 80MM shares... and THOSE are the shares the NGIO S-1 will be issued for.
The other 280MM would remain w GNBT. Joe could then use those shares as a line of credit to “crank up the machine” when it makes sense... always keeping 51% in GNBT.
