Suffice it to say that the shares will be taken out of the treasury and added to the float, as they are sold to the investor.
I doubt Joe would sell any at our current price.
Let’s say the price starts to go up for whatever reason. Joe could sell 5MM at $1.50 (5 day avg close). That would bring in $6.9MM (5MM x 1.50 x .92).
He could “get the wheels turning” on Excellagen, close AltuCell, pay some debt, etc.
Price goes up to $2.50, maybe as a better Q is reported. So Joe issues another 5MM shares and brings in $11.5MM...
SP goes up, Joe issues shares to “crank up the machine” some more, and it hopefully becomes a self-fulfilling process.
