Being simplistic in my last message, so I should clarify...
The NGIO S-1 will be for all 400MM shares. But it’s the ~80MM shares Joe sells to the investors that are really the crux of it.
It is those shares that will bring in cash, constitute the initial float (along w our div shares), and create the implied value on GNBT’s balance sheet (thru the remaining 280MM shares held) and our brokerage statements (for our div shares).
