Thanks for reminding me. The potential for arrhythmia with the combination of Zithromycin and hydroxychloroquine has been reported to induce Ventricular arrhythmias which can be fatal. Both drugs share the unfortunate ability to increase the QT interval. The combination of both drugs increases the risk.

The antihistamine Hismanal was taken off the market a few years ago after a number of deaths were reported for the same drug induced complication.
