what do you mean you do not see any ngio shares in your account....but do you have 03704G107 and 037CNT029, in your account?....no?
there is no ngio yet....they just filed for an entity to be spun off....with the form 10 registration statement....so really noone has ngio in their account, but they do have something that represents ngio in their accounts...its a play on words i guess...

(side note: I used the word "probably", because I have never seen a single NGIO share so far in my brokerage account (and yes, I do notice that I sound like "Natasha" from the YMB, smile, maybe laugh (not LOL, as my mood is not good enough for a LOL), but it is a fact, I have never seen a single NGIO share so far!!), neither from the 1:4 nor the recent 2:5, and I specifically asked my brokerage firm about it, and even though they promised to invedtigate about it for me, they never received any NGIO shares that they could re-distribute into my account)
