Sorry, to not sound as upbeat as Buildit, but ...
YES, GNBT is on its way to spin-out NGIO, but they are talking about this for more than a year already. More than a year back, in early 2019, I probably have received the 1:4 NGIO dividend ...
(side note: I used the word "probably", because I have never seen a single NGIO share so far in my brokerage account (and yes, I do notice that I sound like "Natasha" from the YMB, smile, maybe laugh (not LOL, as my mood is not good enough for a LOL), but it is a fact, I have never seen a single NGIO share so far!!), neither from the 1:4 nor the recent 2:5, and I specifically asked my brokerage firm about it, and even though they promised to invedtigate about it for me, they never received any NGIO shares that they could re-distribute into my account)
... and should be receiving the recent 2:5. So GNBT is planning on spinning out NGIO FOR MORE THAN A FRIGGING YEAR!!! Then one delay after the next followed, with the last of their excuses that the dividend is holding it up. But at the same time we were promised that EVERYTHING WOULD START MOVING QUICKLY once that dividend is out of the way. If they consider a first (publicly visible!?) action almost THREE WEEKS after the dividend is paid, "quick" then we have a very different understanding of that term and I do not want to see them "taking things slowly".
In some PRs and/or filings it was mentioned that NGIO's going public would latest be happening by the end of Q1 2020, now that we are fastly approaching that end of the Q1 of calender 2020, they come up with yet another reason why it still cannot happen quickly.
I am seriously asking myself, whether they really want to spin out NGIO at all. In addition, how on earth will Joe now make sure that he does not have to give away half of the GNBT company in order to raise the S1 funding to e.g. close the AltuCell deal, jumpstart Excellagen production and sales etc. His answer to my related question during the last CC was that the NGIO spin would do the trick! Now that this is likely not going to happen for YET ANOTHER COUPLE OF MONTHSSSS, now what???
How is the PPS SOON going to get back into a range such that raising $40 mill. would not cause a give away of 40+ mill. shares and thus HALF OF THE COMPANY!!!!???
That is what I am asking myself, besides the fact that I am very unhappy or even upset about the additional delay and yet another several months of likely needing to watch the shareprice being played with / heavily manipulated according to the MM bastards' will.
