I recall the the company saying weeks ago that they plan on holding the shareholder meeting no later then the end of June and that is old news.
HDC just released an 8-K two days ago stating what? They said they now plan on holding the meeting on May 27th. This tells me the 10-K filings are on schedule.
Furthermore, if there are any Proxy forms needed for shareholders, I figure that too has already been addressed.
