I would look for an 8-K filing soon stating the name of the Accounting Firm doing the Auditing. It must be a Registered Public Accounting Firm as our filings require a stamp of approval and their signature plus any notes. I hope our company officers are able to supply the Accounting Firm with all the information need or the Audit won't get signed off. I honestly thought HDC would have filed an 8-K stating who is doing our Auditing.

* Do you recall my post mentioning that the A/S was raised from 300 million shares to 450 million yet in the first legal complaint filed they talk about the A/S only being 300 million. If that is the case then CEO Kevin Kowbel may not have amending Health Discovery Incorporation papers with the State of Georgia. If that did happen how much more of a mess does CEO George H. McGovern have on his hands.

HDC just can't file several 10-K filings without the proper documentations. Let me ask you? Where are all the necessary documents for the Audit? At what location are they kept? Who has access to them? Are we looking for 700 to 1000 days of potential records? (yes!) Where do company officers and directors live, also past directors.

Most importantly where is the company office located?
